Blanquette de Limoux, created by Benedictine monks at the Abbey of

Saint-Hilaire in 1531, is the world’s oldest sparkling wine, predating Champagne by over a century.

Selected by Brad NORTON, the owner of Three Henrys, the wine is made from 100% Mauzac grapes. The grape is native to the Languedoc region and has gorgeous crisp apple and apple peel characteristics as well a sparkling golden colour.
